On
July 25th and 26th 2009 three IDRA 14s entered the Clontarf
Yacht and Boat Club At Home Regatta.
Paul & Hugh McNally sailed 14/6 in high winds from SDC to
CY&BC.
Charles Sargent and Hillary Gilligan in 14/126 and Alan Carr
and Aoibhin deBurca in 14/38 took the easy way out and towed
their boats by road to Clontarf.
SDC boats did well in this event. Charles and Hillary in 14/126
got third place. Alan and Aoibhin in 14/38 won the regatta and
the perpetual Sunbeam Trophy. Well done to all!
