Robert
Dickson of LRYC and SDC surprised all by winning the Junior
Division of the Optimist Connaught Championship on the 18th
& 19th July at Galway Bay Sailing Club.
Robert has been steadily improving over the past year and sailed
a marvellously consistent series counting a third, 2 seconds
and a first to take first place by a margin of 6 points. Well
done Robert.
