While most of the focus the last week or 2 was on the various crews taking part in the GP14 Worlds in Skerries. It wasn’t the only place our sailors were competing. Back after her experiences another Topper Worlds in Garda a few weeks ago, Ella Fitzgerald headed to East Antrim Boat Club last weekend to compete in the Topper Northern Championships.
Ella had a super event finishing as leading Female and 2nd Overall. In addition the result moved Ella to 4th from 10th in the Irish Topper rankings.
Congratulations Ella, super result and we might see you in Sutton this weekend for our Regatta.
