Sunday saw the emergence of a new Oppie Squad in Sutton Dinghy Club with 6 young Opi sailors taking to the start line at Howth Yacht Club for the Dinghy Reagatta. For many it was their first Open event outside Sutton Creek. 
Congratulations to Oisin Kelly, Fionn Mulhall, Abbey Kinsella, Conor Cox and Aedan L’estrange. In a fleet of 46 boats Abbeys best race was a 10th to finish 17th overall, with a 15th best for Fionn Mulhall and an overall 22nd on the day.
Our youngest entry Oisin Kelly finished 25th. Great to see the 6 youngsters travel and we look forward to more Open events.
The Club also had Saoirse Kelly take 2nd place in the 420 fleet crewing for Shane McLoughlin and great to see 3 Lasers make the trip with Tim Coyne, Tom Mulligan and Rory Murdoch.
