A great turnout yesterday for Try Sailing @ Sutton Dinghy Club saw over 30 new faces get their first taste of sailing and getting on the water. The Try Sailing initiative is promoted by the ISA in conjunction with the affiliated Clubs. All over the country over the next few weeks Clubs will encourage kids and adults to get out and experience this great sport and pastime.
Thanks go to Mandy Kelly who co-ordinated the Sutton Dinghy clubs efforts yesterday. 
With Wind 10 to 14 knots and fresh at times Mandy had organised the help and support of 10 young pre instructors and newly qualified instructors to help her out on the day. It was also an opportunity for a number of our own SDC Junior Oppy sailors to get out on the water for the first time this season. Well done Mandy and all your support team for a great day.
