With strong North Westerly winds in Skerries, only the top 10 in Regatta Fleet were sent out today. That meant Ethan Harte got to race another 3 races finally finishing in 8th overall, a terrific achievement for his first event. Kate Gill finished 12th with Skye O’Callaghan in 13th. Super results all round in a fleet of 32.
In the Senior Fleet, Thomas Judge finished 3rd in the Bronze fleet, taking home a prize. Aoife Clarke had another good regatta, gaining more experience in the bigger fleets.
Great fun was had by all and the pair now look forward to heading to Galway Bay Sailing Club in a few weeks for the Oppi Connacht Championships.
