A good day in Skerries for Sutton Dinghy Club sailors with Sinead Dickson and Shane McLoughlin both picking up a race victory at the Mirror Northerns. Good to see both of them continuing the form with both fresh from the Mirror Nationals and Worlds a few weeks ago, where Sinead and Shane both had some encouraging results.
Going into the second day of racing in Skerries 3 SDC crews are flying the Sutton flag
Cian Hickey, our current National Champion is leading the event on his home waters. Sinead Dickson and Eve McMahon are currently 3rd gold having had a 1st in the last race yesterday. Shane McLoughlin and Harry McCormick (Harry racing his first regional event) are lying 5th gold. Jim McCormick (his first regional in the Jolly Roger) with Matthew Cotter are lying 4thBronze and 13th overall. Good luck today!
