As part of RTE’s Centenary Commemorations of the Easter Rising, Sutton Dinghy Club member, GP14 sailor and historian Tom Burke (MBE) and a fellow Dub are offering a walking tour on Easter Monday 28th March, tracing the footsteps and role the Royal Dublin Fusiliers had in putting down the early stages of the Easter Rising.
This will be a first for Tom and should make a fascinating historic experience. Meet at archway in Collins Barracks (National Museum), Benburb Street, Dublin at 11:00 a.m. Bring walking boots and umbrella.
